Shipping

We currently offer shipping within New Zealand, Australia and United States for all our babes. Depending on your location will depend on your shipping costs which you will see in the checkout section. 

NEW ZEALAND: Although our New Zealand shipping labels are labelled with overnight stickers, please allow at least 1-5 working days to recieve your parcel.

INTERNATIONAL: For our international customers if you have selected the standard shipping rate at checkout please allow between 5-16 working days and if you have selected the fed ex or dhl express option allow 2-7 working days for your order.

All orders placed through House Of Tana are tracked, and you will recieve your tracking number via the email address you have provided. 

International customers are liable to pay any tax fees on arrival to your country, if any. House Of Tana holds no responsibilites for custom fees.

House Of Tana picks & packs all orders daily Monday - Friday. Once your order has left our premises and into the hands of couriers, although we can track your order we have no control over the delivery of your package. You may contact the courier company directly first to resolve any matters then contact us and we will try our best to help. 

Please note: We do not ship any orders during public holidays or weekends as couriers are closed. If you have ordered during these times they will be shipped next business working day.
