Refunds
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Although we can track your order on our end, we have no control over the delivery of your parcel once it has left our premises and with the courier company. International orders are not entitled to any replacements or refunds if parcels are lost, stolen ,you have changed your mind or ordered the wrong items. However international orders can claim a refund for a damaged product with clear evidence sent through to us as well as proof of your receipt. House Of Tana requires both of these to be bought to our attention to be eligable for the refund. International orders can not be sent replacements. You must also bring this to our attention within 7 days of recieving your package. Notifiying us at a later date will not be accepted.
NEW ZEALAND ORDERS: Due to the nature of beauty products and hygiene reasons, we can not accept any refund requests if you have changed your mind, wanting to exchange, or ordered the wrong items. However if your order has arrived to you damaged and you are needing a replacement or you are missing an item you can contact us using the contact form to request a refund or replacement for the damaged or missing item and our team will respond requesting clear evidence to be sent through to us as well as proof of your receipt & order details. House Of Tana requires all information to be bought to our attention to be eligable for the refund or replacement. You must also bring this to our attention within 7 days of recieving your package. Notifying us at a later date will not be accepted.
REFUND TIMEFRAMES: Any refunds made will be refunded back into the original payment method you selected for your order. Please allow 1-10 working days for this to clear or contact your bank first to check processing times.
